بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم يقول صلى الله عليه وسلم : " من اراد الدنيا فعليه بالعلم ، ومن اراد الاخرة فعليه بالعلم ومن ارادهما معا فعليه بالعلم" قف للمعلم وفه التبجيلا * كاد المعلم أن يكون -رسولا- ....مما لاشك فيه أن للمعلم ايدي بيضاء في بناء الانسان وبناء الحضارة ، فالمعلم من يعد الطبيب الناجح ، والمعلم من يصنع المهندس الباني ، والمحاسب الماهر ، والوزير اللامع ، فبالعلم والمعلم تخضر الارض وتورق الاشجار ، ويفيح اريج الزهور ، وبالمعلم تعلو بسمات الاطفال وتهب نسائم الحرية ، وبالمعلم نرتقي الى السماء الى الفضاء لنكتب بخيوط الشمس امجادنا ، ونسمع الدنيا اصواتنا.فبالمعلم نطلق العنان لاحلامنا وافكارنا ، ليعانق طموحنا قوس قزح في الاعالي ، فالمعلمون بأيديهم صنعوا رجال الامة ، وعظماء التاريخ ، وبأيديهم سيرسمون غدا مشرق بالعلم والامل ، فلا تغيب شمسه ابدا.

Presentation

Today, one cannot teach any more by not taking account of the current school context. Indeed, the time is far where the pupils listened to in silence the professor to exempt his course. The teenagers assert today high and strong the right to the word. And as the pupils are bored during the courses, they do not hesitate to let it know and it is well there the greatest difficulty to teach with the teenagers. It is necessary that the teachers understand that it is not a question any more of teaching a matter, but to make use of it to educate.It is for all these reasons that the persons in charge for the Amal school decided installation of an adapted teaching program proposing education and the religion. The traditional teaching based on the obligations, the duties, the interdicts, the blâmable and morals is not appropriate any more for the current context. But a teaching based on the dialogue; the awakening of its own responsibilities would be appropriate for this public.And this by letting it establish its autonomy around its personal choices.It is of primary importance that these teenagers making party has whole share of the company take part in the various debates organized around topics of concerning directly. Thus setting up new an educational strategy which is education by the dialogue thus making it possible to treat various topics like the discomfort, sincerity, the love, hatred.It is important for that to choose a direct whole of subjects in relationship to the daily reality of the pupils and which will be appeared as short conferences or round tables thus finalizing itself by a dialogue between the pupils and the guests. Thereafter the important items will be discussed by the professor in class.In order to arrive a result has convincing and to lead to the concretization of the various laid down objectives, it is important to obtain the assent of the parents and especially to engage them in this project.Today, we must recognize the total failure of all the experiments within the traditional schools on a national scale including that of the success to take up the challenges which are proposed to him to know:• To make like the school of the week end to the banked-up beds in particular• To listen to Them for communicating well with them• To find solutions and to answer their waitingsThis failure is with several reasons such as:• Lack of reflexion on this subject• Lack of average intellectual and material• An incapacity explained with lay by “the difficult age, crisis of adolescence, one cannot better do, it is a universal problem, etc”It is of our faith and responsibility to save and help our young people by all the means which our Islam generates and to find of the effective solutions, durable and acceptable for the problems of company, of the young people in particular.
